Welcome to ROAI; a platform built around empowering business owners and their employees with an AI that can generate ROI for their business. Our mission is to build a dashboard that can connect to various business applications, allowing the user to interact with an AI that can cross analyze all of that data and empower those businesses to make smarter decisions, faster. We’re launching with just two integrations to start and a basic dashboard, but have a road map – that we’re going to share with you – that will lead us to a large integration ecosystem.
What ROAI Does (In Plain English)
ROAI connects to your business applications and gives you an AI that can analyze all of that data together—not in silos, but as a complete picture. You ask questions in plain English. The AI looks across QuickBooks, HubSpot, and more (coming soon), then gives you answers based on your actual business data.
Here’s what makes this powerful: Instead of logging into all your different systems and manually piecing together information, you open one dashboard and get AI-generated insights waiting for you. Before you even ask a question, ROAI’s AI Overview section is already analyzing your data and surfacing what matters most.
What makes us different
So sure, everyone and their dog seems to have an AI in their program these days (even most texting apps have an AI now that can summarize the messages that you missed). So why use us? Well, because with us, you can connect one consistent AI instance to different platforms.
And that’s the underlying problem with standalone AI applications, or AI bots inside of a program you already use: that AI only sees one piece of your business.
Rather than just having an AI that can only see part of your data, now you can connect an AI to the varying parts of your business, without having to upload or copy and paste. Plus, we’ve pre-loaded our dashboard with an AI overview section that will get the AI working before you even prompt it. So you’ll see AI business insights the moment you login.
Instead of five separate AIs each giving you partial insights, you get one AI that can answer questions like:
- “Which marketing campaigns are driving the most profitable customers?” (pulls from CRM and accounting)
- “Are we on track to hit our revenue target, and what needs to change to get there?” (pulls from pipeline, sales, and financial data)
- “Which customers are most profitable after accounting for support costs?” (pulls from revenue, support tickets, and time tracking)
These questions can’t be answered by looking at one system; they’re holistic, macro questions. That’s the ROAI difference.
How It Works
1. Quick Integration – Connect your business apps to your account (we have guides if you need help)
2. Instant Analysis – Our AI immediately starts analyzing your data and surfaces insights in the AI Overview section
3. Ask Questions – Use the AI chat to ask anything about your business. The AI looks across all connected data to answer.
4. Daily Insights – Come back each day to see what changed, what needs attention, and what opportunities the AI spotted

Our Roadmap: What We’re Building Next
As mentioned, we’re launching with two core integrations (QuickBooks and HubSpot), but we’re not stopping there. Transparency matters to us, so we’re sharing our integration roadmap publicly. The more connections we have, the more value our AI will bring to your company. Our roadmap for the next few months is already in motion, and it looks a little something like this:
April
- Shopify – E-commerce sales, inventory, and customer data
- Google Drive – Documents, spreadsheets, and file analysis
- Outlook – Email communication and calendar insights
May
- Monday.com – Project management and team collaboration data
- ERPNext – Enterprise resource planning integration
- WooCommerce – WordPress e-commerce platform
June
- Odoo – Open-source ERP and business apps
- SharePoint – Document management and collaboration
- Gmail – Email communication and contact data
July
- GoHighLevel – Marketing automation and CRM
- Zoho – Full Zoho suite integration
August
- Stripe – Payment processing and subscription data
- Dropbox – Cloud storage and file sharing
(Timeline and deliverables subject to change, based on user demand, technical priorities, and other factors)

Your feedback is important (we really mean it)
Certain readers might already notice what’s not on that list; and that’s most likely whatever integration you rely on the most. So as such, we’re actively collecting feedback to determine which integrations to prioritize. If 50 users say “we desperately need Xero integration,” that moves up the list. Your voice matters here. We want to build out this dashboard so that it’s directly useful to as many businesses as possible. We will be actively seeking feedback for next integrations, and insights/analysis you would like to see in our AI Overview section.
You might be wondering why we’re launching with just two integrations if we know businesses use dozens of tools. Practically speaking, we’d rather ship something useful now and improve it transparently than promise everything and deliver nothing for a year. Our philosophy will be driven by the simple idea of keep improving. We’re launching with the two integrations that matter most for small businesses (Quickbooks and Hubspot), then adding new ones based on what you actually need.
Here’s something most SaaS companies won’t tell you: we don’t have everything figured out. We’ve built the core platform, got the AI generating real insights by connecting business data, and got a roadmap that will take us well past launch. But we don’t know exactly which insights matter most to your business, or which integrations you’re desperately waiting for, or which features would make ROAI indispensable.
That’s where you come in.
We’re actively seeking feedback on:
- Next integrations – Which business apps do you use daily that we should prioritize?
- AI Overview insights – What analysis would you want to see automatically when you log in?
- Question templates – What questions do you ask about your business weekly that should be pre-loaded?
- Industry-specific features – Are there insights that matter specifically to construction, e-commerce, professional services, etc.?
Contact us on our main form to let us know what integration you’d like to see be included in our roadmap, or if you’re already a user, what type of insights you’d like to get more of in the AI Overview section.
Prompts, reports, data and more – AI will do the heavy lifting, but you’re still in the driver’s seat.
Let’s be clear about something: ROAI isn’t here to run your business for you. You are.
What it does is handle the tedious analysis you don’t have time for. The AI can analyze your data, spot patterns, identify problems, and surfacing opportunities. But you make the decisions. You understand the context. You know your customers, your market, your goals.
While we’ve pre-loaded some business analysis prompts into our dashboard (because as we said, you can get business analysis without even asking), you’ll probably still want to come in prepared to discuss questions with the AI. Our pre-baked prompts will only go so far for those seeking that next level of in depth reporting. Using the main feature of our program, the AI chat that can access data cross platform, your questions will drive the reports that you will get back. To get real value—the insights that change how you run your business—you’ll want to ask deeper questions that only you, as the driving force behind your day in and day out operations, might have the perspective to ask. But as a helpful starting point, here are some prompts you might want to use to get yourself rolling:
Revenue & Financial Health
- What’s my revenue today / this week / this month vs. last period?
- Am I on track to hit my monthly/quarterly target?
- What’s my gross margin and how is it trending?
- Where are my biggest costs right now?
Sales Pipeline
- How many deals are in the pipeline and what’s the total value?
- What’s my conversion rate at each stage?
- Which deals are at risk of going cold?
- How is my team performing vs. quota?

- How many new customers did I acquire this period?
- What’s my churn rate and which segments are churning most?
- What’s my current MRR/ARR (for subscription businesses)?
- Who are my top customers by revenue?
Operations & Fulfillment
- Are orders/deliveries being fulfilled on time?
- What’s my current inventory level / stock-out risk?
- Are there any bottlenecks in my pipeline right now?

- What’s my CAC vs. LTV trend?
- Which campaigns are driving the most conversions?
People & Productivity
