Setup – Hubspot

HubSpot

1. Hit ROAI URL in web browser and click ‘Create Account’.
   
2. Select desired subscription plan
   
3. Enter details as needed, then click “Create Account & Proceed To Payment”.
   
4. Enter payment details, then click ‘Subscribe’.
   
5. Wait until ‘Payment Successful!’ window appears.
   
6. Click on ‘Go to Sign In’ page from ‘Payment Successful!’ screen and enter credentials
   
7. User’s home page opens with empty ‘Ai Overview’ dashboard and no integrated system dashboards since as systems are connected yet.Click on ‘Go To Integrations’ Button on the mail screen dialog box.
   
8. This page displays all available systems that can be connected to ROAI.
   
9. To connect HubSpot, click ‘Not Connected’ under HubSpot and enter credentials, select account and proceed.
   
10. It would take few minutes for HubSpot dashboard to load. You can see HubSpot tab on left. Clicking it loads the dashboard.
